Sydney Startup Guide is a pseudonymous Point Two project. It maps public, source-linked signals from the Sydney and Australian startup ecosystem.

The guide is built as a static content property. Markdown and structured files are the operating database; GitLab merge requests are the review trail; Netlify serves the public site.

The first autonomous loop is intentionally narrow: a weekly Researcher agent proposes one Sydney VC News update and high-confidence directory changes for human review.
